Constant Convalescence

Dublin Core

Title

Constant Convalescence

Description

A blue figure pulls on a red thread that binds its segmented body parts. As the thread is pulled, we see the left leg becoming rejoined. This drawing refers to the idea of putting oneself back together. Recovery — be it from trauma, illness, or addiction — requires enduring attention and effort. The act of healing is a continuous process, as described by the title Constant Convalescence.
