Life Story
Cloar used his art to enliven what was once just a photograph. In this lithograph, we see the copy of a photograph of his Uncle Jack David. And behind him, we see his story. Cloar attempts to give the viewer a glimpse of the life behind the face, reminding us to look for the story and wonder about the lives frozen in photographs.
