Brother Hinson and Friends
Dublin Core
Title
Brother Hinson and Friends
Subject
An older man and angels.
Description
The subject of this lithograph is a frail, older gentleman named Brother Hinson, who is sitting between two angels. Hinson is sitting, hunched over, with a small smile on his face. Behind each shoulder is an angel with long hair braided over both shoulders and flowing robes. At the top of the image, outlines of several smaller angels can be seen flying. The image recalls how Brother Hinson said his longevity was due to his friends, the angels he had visions of.
