"I chose this piece for the pick of the week because I like being able to see the shipwreck scene from a different perspective. Samuel Crone has always fascinated me with the way he chooses to portray certain scenes in his many shipwreck drawings. The way the drawing is set-up and the intense atmosphere truly make this piece stand out. Out of all his drawings of shipwrecks, I believe that this image must be one of his best shipwreck drawings in AMUM's Crone Collection."
